Encapsulated transformer
The encapsulated transformer adopts epoxy resin as potting material. Epoxy resin is a kind of solid insulation material which is flame-retardant, flame retardant and self extinguishing, safe and clean. At the same time, it is a solid insulation material with reliable insulation and heat dissipation technology which has been verified for more than 40 years.
Description
The fully sealed encapsulated transformer (epoxy resin potted, plastic shell) is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which has the advantages of high efficiency, low power consumption, reliable operation, beautiful appearance, environmental protection, low noise, good insulation performance, moisture-proof, waterproof and dust-proof functions. It is widely used in various high-end, high-precision small-scale instruments and meters. Epoxy-encapsulated EI series transformer is a product used for PCB. The lead-out pin can be directly welded on PCB. This series of transformers are produced by the professional full-automatic winding machine and vacuum potting machine to ensure stable performance and consistency of product quality.
Customers provide samples, we can do production in full accordance with customer requirements (including appearance, color, etc.). Moreover, safety performance meets the CE standard. The electrical strength of winding resistance can withstand 50hz3750v RMS / 1min. The internal temperature protector can be installed, which can effectively cut off the power supply and prevent the equipment from burning out even in the case of the transformer load and short circuit.
